Code Blue

Code Blue is the statewide response to ensure members of our community are safe and have available resources during severe weather.

Utah’s Continuums of Care promote access to and effect utilization of mainstream programs by homeless individuals and families; and optimize self-sufficiency among individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
